THERE NO IMPACTS DONE AT THIS WETLAND AT ALL. UM, AND IN LOOKING AT THE SITE, WE HAD, UM, A DOG PARK SHOWN UP IN THIS GENERAL AREA AND, AND THEN A BUILDING HERE, AND LIKE I SAID, A BUILDING HERE. SO WHAT WE DID IS WE BASICALLY TOOK THE BUILDING WE HAD HERE, FLIPPED IT UP TO THERE, MOVED THE DOG PARK HERE, ALSO TOOK THIS BUILDING THAT WAS LOCATED HERE AND MOVED IT INTO WHERE WE HAD A PARK HERE. THIS NOW BECOMES A PARK. I BELIEVE IT'S A PRIVATE ROAD CONNECTING, UM, THE DEVELOPMENTS PARCEL AND OUR PARCEL AND AN EASEMENT ON JUNIPER STREET WAS CREATED IN 2006 TO PROVIDE A SECONDARY CONVENIENT ACCESS TO RIVERTON POINT DURING CONSTRUCTION. NOW, IN THE EASEMENT, IT SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT IT'S TEMPORARY AND RELOCATABLE, IF YOU READ THE EASEMENT, UM, IT OKAY, UM, THAT LANGUAGE MAKES IT APPARENT THAT THE EASEMENT WAS NOT MADE TO BE PERMANENT OR THEY WOULD'VE WRITTEN IT AS SUCH IN 2006, IF THEY WANTED A PERMANENT EASEMENT WHEN IT WAS CREATED, IT WAS DESIGNED TO BE DISSOLVED WHEN A SECOND R IN POINT COMMUNITY INGRESS EGRESS WAS CREATED OFF OF EAST ARGENT ROAD. AND THAT SECOND ENTRANCE IS NOW IN PLACE. CURRENTLY, JUNIPER STREET IS JUST A GRAVEL ONE LANE ROAD THAT IS ONLY BEING USED FROM MY UNDERSTANDING. SO FOR THE RECORD, THE RESIDENTS OF RIVERTON POINT DO NOT WANT JUNIPER ROAD TO ENTER INTO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD BECAUSE THERE ARE CONCERNS OF UNNECESSARY COSTS FOR THE RESIDENTS SAFETY, THEFT, VANDALISM, AND DAMAGE TO THE GOLF COURSE. THE RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN TOLD BY TOLL BROTHERS THAT THIS WILL SERVE AS A PERMANENT SERVICE ENTRANCE JUST FOR THE MAINTENANCE SHED. SO WE ALREADY HAVE TWO ENTRANCES. WE DON'T NEED A THIRD. THERE'S NO LOGICAL REASON WHY THESE GOLF DELIVERIES CAN'T COME IN THROUGH OUR OTHER TWO ENTRANCES.
